The CQMF student committee is counting on your participation in the student conference. The event will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the RF building of Concordia University, Loyola campus. It will be a real success thanks to you!

Summary

The call for abstracts is now open for oral and poster presentations. We encourage all QCAM students and postdoctoral researchers to submit an abstract in one of our six research axes before the30November 2023 by clicking on this link

Presentations

Poster presentations: The maximum size allowed for posters is90 cm in width and 110 cm in length in portrait format (vertical). The materials needed to attach your posters to the panels will be provided on the day of the conference, and we suggest you install them during the reception, coffee breaks or during lunch time. Be sure to remove them at the end of the poster session, as any uncollected displays will be disposed of by the organization.

Oral presentation:The time and location of your presentation, as well as the final event schedule, can be found in the schedule below. The duration of oral presentations is15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
